Mr. Williams is the president of Texas Veterans Outdoors, a nonprofit organization based in Fort Worth, Texas. Dedicated to providing a positive social environment, Texas veterans can participate in various educational outdoor experiences with other veterans and supporters. In addition to an array of community involvement opportunities, veteran outreach events, and entertainment events, Mr. Williams has developed various Skill Bridge Programs with Forbes 100 Companies, which were designed to provide career guidance and transition assistance for veterans. These programs connect veterans with mentors, hiring managers, executives, and recruiting companies as they pivot from a career in the military to a career in civilian life.

Before transitioning into coaching and mentorship, Mr. Williams was a senior operations manager for DD214 Mortgage in Texas from 2021 to 2022. He also worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation in Fort Worth between 2017 and 2021, beginning as a nondestructive testing engineer and then as a multi-function manufacturing supervisor and manufacturing engineering associate manager. Mr. Williams notably has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry, which began while serving in the U.S. Navy between 1996 and 2016. While in the military, he rose from a sheet metal mechanic to a radiation safety officer, serving in various parts of the world, including Bahrain, Iraq, Japan, and the U.S., before retiring at age 37.

Dedicated to various local causes outside of his nonprofit, Mr. Williams has served on the board of directors for Aero CARES, an employee-run charity devoted to providing grants to local charities, specifically serving children, families, health care, and social services. His participation on the board ultimately led to Mr. Williams launching Texas Veterans Outdoors.

Highly educated, Mr. Williams graduated from Odessa High School in 1996 and later earned an Associate of Arts in general studies from the University of Phoenix in 2005. He then transferred to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning an Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science in professional aeronautics in 2006 and 2012, respectively, and a Master of Engineering in technical management from Texas A&M University in 2022. Additionally, Mr. Williams is a licensed pilot through the Federal Aviation Administration.
