Since graduating law school Mr. Daugherty has been practicing law in Northern Virginia, counseling clients on and litigating a range of matters including family law, international law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. In 2023, Mr. Daugherty and his wife, Kimberly Luckey, established Daugherty Luckey, PLLC, where they assist clients in matters involving family law, criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury. To enhance his practice and deliver even more value to his clients, Mr. Daugherty is currently seeking a Master of Law in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University where he has been named on the Dean’s List and anticipates graduating in Spring of 2025.
