Ms. Dillingham-Marks is a distinguished artist, instructor, and owner of Glass Arts Collective, where she has been honing her craft and teaching others since 2020. Her journey into the world of glass art began after a career spanning over three decades in various high-profile roles across different industries. Before founding Glass Arts Collective, Ms. Dillingham-Marks utilized her leadership skills in her role as chief operating officer at Starnet Data Design Inc., where she was instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency from 2002 to 2018.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Dillingham-Marks’ expertise in technology and sales was evident during her tenure as an xSeries specialist at IBM from 2000 to 2002, during which time she played a key role in revamping server sales strategies for a particular opportunity, which resulted in a large win. Prior to her professional period at IBM, she served as an account executive at the Hallmark Division of Avent from 1999 to 2000 and gained extensive experience through a newly developed role at CompUSA corporate sales department between 1988 to 1999, excelling as a sales manager, corporate instructor, and technical services provider. Additionally, Ms. Dillingham-Marks made significant contributions to Sony Pictures Entertainment as the Director of Administration for the information technology department between 1984 and 1997.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Ms. Dillingham-Marks has been sharing her passion for travel with others through her work as a travel advisor with Help Me Plan My Travel since 2016. In 2019, she became a certified master cruise counselor (MCC) through the Cruise Lines International Association, and, the year prior, she completed her qualifications to be a certified travel associate (CTA) through The Travel Institute along with a Regent Seven Seas Travel Agent Certification, and many other cruise line specialist training programs. Such certifications not only reflect her diverse interests but also her belief in continuous learning and improvement.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Dillingham-Marks is involved with several civic engagements, including the Local Chamber of Commerce and the Glass Art Society—affiliations that underscore her dedication to both her craft and her community. Furthermore, she was the volunteer chair for the JDRF One Walk in 2014. JDRF is the leading Nancy shared the honor of being one of the extraordinary woman honorees by the JDRF Los Angeles Chapter in 2013. JDRF is now known as Breakthrough T1D, the leading global type 1 diabetes research and advocacy organization.

At Glass Arts Collective, Nancy continues her support of charities through her community such as JDRF as well as a donor of glass arts and gift certificates to local entities, including schools and auctions. For her contributions, she has been recognized with awards such as the Business of the Quarter for the fourth quarter by the City of Westlake Village and Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2023.

Additionally, Ms. Dillingham-Marks has been a podcast guest spokesperson for artists and is set to host the Artist Exchange Podcast, which promises to be a source of inspiration and encouragement for art enthusiasts and creatives alike.
