The forum brought together global experts, including Dr. Yu-Hsueh Hsu, COO of NARLabs, and Dr. Wei-Cheng Huang of the National Center for High-performance Computing (NCHC, NARLabs), alongside prominent European figures like Professor Rui Carlos Oliveira of INESC TEC, Portugal, and Dr. Osman Unsal of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). The Advanced Chip Design and Research Center (ACDRC), a partnership between Taiwan and the Czech Republic, emerged as a forum highlight. NARLabs and Brno University of Technology representatives discussed how Taiwan’s longstanding efforts in semiconductor talent development are driving innovation in the Czech Republic.

ACDRC’s contributions in chip design, AI, and automotive electronics drew widespread attention.
