Mr. Sendas’ early career is marked by his tenure as a software engineer at CA Technologies from 2004 to 2008, soon advancing to the position of senior software engineer. He initially joined the industry as a member of the technical staff at Persistent Systems in 2003. Throughout his career, he has also been an active member of the IEEE, contributing to the advancement of technology and engineering.
Academically, Mr. Sendas holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, earned in 2015. He also earned a Bachelor of Technology in computer science and engineering from NE Hill University and completed coursework in accounting and finance at Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His extensive certifications include multiple AWS credentials, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty and AWS Certified DevOps Professional, among others.

Through strategic partnerships, he elevated the customer’s worth from $1 million to over $1 billion, securing a seven-year commitment to work with Mr. Sendas’ team. He is very proud of his particular achievement but acknowledges that it was also influenced by the collaboration between the sales team and solution architects. He is also proud of beginning his career in India before moving to the United States to continue in his field. Furthermore, Mr. Sendas is an accomplished author with a forthcoming book titled “The Definitive Guide to Machine Learning Operations in AWS: Machine Learning Scalability and Optimization with AWS,” set for release in December 2024.
