Backed by years of professional experience in psychotherapy and social services, Ms. Vinokur excels as the director of social services for the Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn, New York, through which she maintains responsibility for a team of social workers who ensure that each resident has access to quality care.

Before starting her current professional journey, Ms. Vinokur gained valuable expertise as a social worker for Sheepshead Nursing and Rehab Center and as the social services consultant for Ditmas Park Care Center. Due to her extensive knowledge, she also worked in various hospitals, nursing homes, and home care agencies. An expert in her field, Ms. Vinokur holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brooklyn College and a Master of Social Work in Geriatric Psychology from Touro University.

Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Vinokur aligns herself with the National Association of Social Workers. Outside of her work, she has lent her invaluable services to those in need who couldn’t usually afford it. In light of her outstanding body of work during the COVID-19 pandemic, she received a certificate from her local congresswoman in Brooklyn. Within the next five years, Ms. Vinokur aims to establish a clinic through grants and local investors to provide the community with free mental health services. Ultimately, she would like to remove the stigma associated with mental illness from the general population.
