Ms. Farrow began her career as an energy trader with Georgia Natural Gas, where she honed her analytical skills. In 2005, she transitioned into pharmaceutical sales with King Pharmaceuticals, where she deepened her understanding of the healthcare industry and developed strong relationship-building skills, recognizing how impactful marketing could amplify sales success.

Her passion for marketing led her to The Coca-Cola Company, where she spent over five years advancing through digital, social, and loyalty marketing roles. During this time, she gained invaluable experience driving brand initiatives and volume growth through the My Coke Rewards program, as well as leading a variety of in-store and online digital activations. At The Coca-Cola Company, she cultivated a deep appreciation for best-in-class branding and learned to leverage data-driven strategies to create meaningful connections with audiences across various brands and customers.

Ms. Farrow’s career reached new heights when she joined Char-Broil. Her innovative contributions earned her the prestigious President’s Award in her first year. Over her six-year tenure, she advanced from director of digital marketing to leading the entire marketing department, serving on the executive leadership team, and reporting directly to the CEO. During this time, she created the company’s first-ever brand strategy, built and scaled a high-performing marketing team, and drove impactful initiatives that shaped the company’s success.

In 2021, she brought her expertise to NAPA Auto Parts, where she quickly made an impact as director of brand strategy and creative content. Her leadership and vision led to her promotion to senior director of brand, creative, and social strategy. In this role, she built and empowered high-performing brand and creative teams, spearheading efforts to evolve the NAPA brand and strengthen its position in the market.

Ms. Farrow’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Scripps College, and an Achieva Alumnae certification from Pathbuilders, among other executive training programs. A strong advocate for mentorship, she draws on her experience navigating small-to-enterprise-size companies and extensive executive leadership exposure, to inspire and guide others. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, and accountability—principles she credits for her enduring success.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Farrow has been actively involved in civic organizations. She has participated in sleep-out events with Covenant House and sponsored children in Uganda through Hands of Love. Her commitment to community service extends to supporting Run for Charity and contributing to the Sandwich Project.

Outside of work, Ms. Farrow enjoys health and wellness, with a particular passion for Pilates and a strong interest in skincare and self-improvement.
