She supports both individuals and organizations who are ready to overcome the negative impacts of adult bullying, conflict, and other non-productive thoughts and activities in their careers and lives.
LAKE WYLIE, SC, December 08, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Raushawna L. Price has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
According to Mrs. Price, who is the chief executive officer and lead coach at Eyrie Success LLC, her passion is to help others overcome adversity and turn it into awesomeness. She loves helping individuals learn how their bullies can lead them to recognize the greatest gifts and talents that they possess. Leading up to the establishment of her coaching business in 2017, and all the experience she acquired along the way, Mrs. Price first attended the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in industrial and systems engineering in 2003.
Soon after earning her bachelor’s degree, Mrs. Price went on to attend Purdue University to complete a master’s degree in 2004. The year after, she started at General Mills as an operations management associate. At General Mills, she leveled up to become a startup manager and team leader, a team leader III, and a packaging engineer and project manager. After over five years of applying her degree there and gaining managerial and leadership experience, Mrs. Price focused on what she could offer as a leader in the education sector.
In 2012, Mrs. Price stepped into the role of director of human capital for teacher leadership in the Wake County Public School System. For the next five years she operated in the System, moving on to become the director of initiatives and development and thereafter the senior director of talent acquisition. Following over a decade of working for a huge corporation and in the fifteenth largest public school system, Mrs. Price realized that there were certain aspects of leadership that were missing. As a result of this realization, she applied her skill set and offerings to establish Eyrie Success with the aim of filling in these gaps in leadership across various industries.
Through her business, Mrs. Price supports both individuals and organizations who are ready to overcome the negative impacts of adult bullying, conflict, and other non-productive thoughts and activities in their careers and lives that are often ignored but can have a significant impact. Furthermore, she works with mid-level and c-suit leaders who are willing to explore limiting beliefs, fears, and circumstances that keep them from achieving their goals. To date, one of her most significant accomplishments at Eyrie Success is being acknowledged as a recertification provider for the Society of Human Resource Management. At a personal level, her most notable accomplishment was trademarking the phrase “Giver of Awesomeness” to use and expand across various platforms.
Through her leadership experience and coaching and guiding individuals in leadership positions, Mrs. Price has authored two works: “Be a Giver of Awesomeness: Discover – Guard – Give” in 2019 and a workbook titled “Awesome Elite – Deep Dive Workbook” in 2022. In addition to her aforementioned publications and coaching work, she has applied herself as an independent consultant with the John Maxwell Team, offering speaking, training, and coaching since 2016 and earned a Masters in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center (now a part of the Yale School of Management). For her offerings and contributions, she has received recognition, becoming an inductee in the Broadcaster Hall of Fame in 2022 and was awarded Orator of the Year by ACHI Magazine in 2016.
Moreover, Mrs. Price is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has been involved in various civic engagements, including serving as the secretary of the board of directors for The United Arts Council from 2017 to 2018. Furthermore, she is involved with the Females In Action of Lake Wylie and volunteers with York County WyldLife, a YoungLife youth ministry organization.
In all she has accomplished and made for herself, Mrs. Price attributes her success to her failures and loses. She has had many personal and familial loses, yet she views them as having made her stronger and more resilient. In the next five to 10 years, her goal is to continue to grow Eyrie Success into the sought-after executive coach firm, along with her other business, Davenport Events Management, which she established in 2023. Looking forward, Mrs. Price will continue to apply her 20 years of experience to help individuals and organizations unlock their hidden awesomeness and talents.
