She served as Vice President of Par Loan Trading at Credit Suisse, followed by a decade-long tenure at Morgan Stanley as Vice President of Product Risk Management. Her expertise was further applied at Citi, where she held the position of Senior Vice President of Regulatory Risk Management for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review submission. In 2013, Rezarta transitioned to Barclays Investment Bank, where she held the role of Head of Issue Risk and Control Management for more than five years. Her career continued to flourish when she joined BNY Mellon in 2019 as a Director of Global Engineering Regulatory Control Management.
Despite reaching the pinnacle of her professional aspirations, Rezarta sensed a void within herself, yearning for a more meaningful and fulfilling career. This inner quest led her on a transformative journey of self-discovery. She realized that focusing on mental health and spirituality played a pivotal role in achieving success and happiness in her career. In her current role at BNY Mellon, Rezarta joined the Women in Engineering Committee program and also serves as a first aider on the Wellbeing Council. Beyond her professional responsibilities at BNY Mellon, Rezarta leverages over 20 years of success in the banking industry, as well as the insight she has gleaned through hard-fought experience as the mother of an autistic son, in her role as a life coach for other women.
