This project, which required him to familiarize himself with each plant’s processes, stands as his most notable achievement. Prior to joining Covia in 2022, Mr. Danso-Price had no experience with process plants, making this accomplishment particularly significant.
Before his tenure at Covia, Mr. Danso-Price served as a business intelligence information technology (IT) analyst at Hasbro from 2021 to 2022. Concurrently, he was a data analyst fellow at Springboard. Mr. Danso-Price’s role at Hasbro involved analyzing data to support business decisions, while his fellowship at Springboard provided him with additional skills and insights into data analysis. Between 2018 and 2021, Mr. Danso-Price worked as a business intelligence analyst at North Park Care Center, where he honed his skills in data management and analysis.
While working there, Mr. Danso-Price joined the United States Army in 2019, where he continues to serve. Overall, his military experience has contributed to his discipline and leadership skills, which have been invaluable in his professional journey. Leading up to these most recent professional experiences, Mr. Danso-Price was an IT support specialist at the same institution from 2014 to 2018, a position in which he provided technical assistance and ensured smooth IT operations. Furthermore, he gained experience as a data analyst at Sovereign Healthcare, where he was recognized as Employee of the Year for several consecutive years.
Originally from Ghana, Mr. Danso-Price came to the U.S. in 2014. He holds a Master of Business Administration in business analytics from Baldwin Wallace University as well as a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. In all he has pursued and achieved, Mr. Danso-Price attributes his success to the strong emphasis on education instilled by his parents during his upbringing.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Danso-Price is actively involved in volunteer work, charity efforts and church activities, as he is passionate about giving back to this community and helping others through these civic-minded organizations. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing and watching soccer and listening to music. He is also a devoted father to one son, balancing his personal aspirations with family life.
As an involved professional, Mr. Danso-Price started a mentoring program aimed at helping individuals in his field. Looking forward, he envisions this program becoming significant in the future, assisting many individuals in achieving their dreams, as he is doing now.
