Her longest tenure was with John Laing Homes, where she was a sales counselor from 1994 to 2006.
Ms. Smith’s career journey began after she graduated from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in business, management, marketing and related support services. Her passion for real estate was nurtured by her family’s expertise in the industry, particularly inspired by her mother. In 1985, leveraging her mother’s connections with reputable builders in Orange County, Ms. Smith embarked on a successful home sale that solidified her dedication to the field.
