(NYSE: SC) from 2015 to 2016. Before moving back to the states from Puerto Rico, she also held the title of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Evertec, Inc. (NYSE: EVTC) between 2005 and 2015 and served as Assistant Vice President and Legal Counsel Popular, Inc. (NYSE: BPOP) / Banco Popular de Puerto Rico from 1998 until 2005.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Urbauer-Brau is actively involved in civic-minded organizations. As a vegetarian, she supports efforts to reduce or eliminate animal exploitation and cruelty, and promotes animal-free alternatives. She is also a donor to the American Cancer Association and other charities and participates in volunteer activities through work, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community.
