Ms. Hulitt is the senior director of client services with SRG, a clinical research consulting organization. Her professional profile is shaped by distinguished positions including an appointment as the director of global talent acquisition with PRA Health Sciences from 2018 to 2019, and Ms. Hulitt excelled as a senior recruiter in clinical and biometrics for Kelly Services from 2019 through 2020.

Diverse industry experience further defines Ms. Hulitt’s presence in the industry, including a role as a recruiter with Williams, Roberts, Young Inc. from 1995 to 2002. She progressed to the rank of talent acquisition manager/business development with PharmaNet/i3 Strategic Resourcing in 2002 before accepting an appointment as the director of business development at DOCS in 2008. Ms. Hulitt was proud to be named the managing director – North America at DOCS in 2011 before excelling as the director of client services with BioBridges LLC from 2013 to 2017.

Ms. Hulitt held the title of Mrs. South Jersey in 2021 and used her title and platform to raise awareness and inspire others to get involved with The Arc Gloucester, a nonprofit organization empowering adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as their families. While Ms. Hulitt and her family have been involved with The Arc Gloucester for 10 years as an advocate and volunteer, their connection digs deeper as Ms. Hulitt is the primary caretaker of her brother.

In 2018, Ms. Hulitt was honored to be recognized as a Small Business Person of the Year by the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, and she was gratified to be designated by South Jersey Biz as one of the region’s top chief executive officers; notably, South Jersey Biz also included her firm in the Best of Biz compilation in 2018. Ms. Hulitt attributes her success to a personal drive to advance her career and provide for her family, and she finds inspiration in her children and is motivated to help them succeed.

Ms. Hulitt holds membership in Women in Bio, an association that promotes the professional advancement of women working in the life sciences, and she is proud of her successful entrepreneurial ventures, including her role as the cofounder of SharpLink Staffing LLC in 2015. Notably, she also founded Youth Voice, an organization aimed to engage children in community service projects, in partnership with her husband. Looking toward the future, Ms. Hulitt is poised to expand her skill set and progress into a more comprehensive professional capacity. She aims specifically to accept a vice president-level role and subsequently establish herself in a C-level appointment.
