An expert in his field, Mr. Lipshultz holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from the American University Washington College of Law. Upon graduating from law school, he was admitted to practice through the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, and District of Columbia Circuits, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Lipshultz takes the most pride in all that he has achieved despite having paralytic polio in 1950. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to his desire to prove others wrong and his father, who was his mentor and one of the finest lawyers he had ever known. His father didn’t graduate from high school, but he was dedicated and received a GED after his son was born. His mother, who left an impressive legacy by raising four sons, was also one of his mentors. Looking forward, Mr. Lipshultz aims to continue teaching and consulting.
