Subsequently, he started his professional career as an Early Intervention Associate Sales Consultant and Early Intervention Sales Consultant for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. In 2019, he received an opportunity to join a startup company to diversify and expand his professional knowledge with Harmony Biosciences as a Specialty Territory Manager.
In the ensuing years, Mr. White furthered his education, completing a Leadership and Management Certificate Program through Wharton Online, a creative training techniques certification through the Bob Pike Group, and a Field Sales Trainer certification through Harmony Biosciences, which is known for one the most successful drug launches in the rare orphan disease sector within the Biotech Pharmaceutical industry. The company currently serves patients living with narcolepsy. Harmony is poised to futher develop their Sleep-Wake Franchise while also building out and developing their Neurobehavioral and Rare Epilepsy Franchises over the next several years.
At Harmony Biosciences, Mr. White’s career trajectory has been one of continuous growth. He served as a Senior Specialty Territory Manager from 2023 to 2024 and now excels as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Business Director. His ability to adapt and excel in different roles is a testament to his dedication and commitment to the company. To stay abreast of changes in the field, he aligns himself with several industry organizations, including the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network.
Mr. White’s contributions extend beyond his professional endeavors. He has actively contributed to his community and those less fortunate through his involvement with the National Bone Marrow Registry, as a volunteer with the Special Olympics, and as a youth football coach and defensive coordinator for the St. Agnes CYO program in West Chester, Pennsylvania. These activities demonstrate his well-rounded character and values.
Given his professional achievements, Mr. White was named the National Rookie of the Year through Johnson & Johnson in 2019. Within the next five years, Mr. White intends to advance from his current leadership role and become a National Sales Director. Longterm goals for Mr. White include becoming a Vice President of Sales, and eventually a Chief Commercial Officer. Ultimately, he wants to become the Chief Executive Officer and run his company.
