A new year means a new range of Samsung Galaxy S phones and with it a new range of colours. But Samsung seems to be doing things a little differently with the Samsung Galaxy S23 line compared to previous years.
With the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series we saw a color set for the S22 and Galaxy S22 plusand another set for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultrabut for the S23 series, leaks suggest that all three phones will come in the same hues.
So below are all the shades we’ve rumored for the Samsung Galaxy S23 range, with all the most likely options expected for each phone.
cotton flower
One shade we mentioned is Cotton Flower, which is based on leaked images, like the above, is likely an off-white or off-white shade. We have elsewhere heard beige mentionedwhich is probably related to that.
Several sources have mentioned a color along these lines and leaked images have shown this hue, strongly suggesting this will be one of the options.
It’s not the most inspirational finish judging by the images we’ve seen, but white always seems to be a popular color nonetheless, and this might be the closest the Samsung Galaxy S23 series comes to.
This also looks different than any Samsung Galaxy S22 shade – there was an off-white color on offer, but that was more of a shade of yellow. The S22 series is also available in pure white.
Misty Lilac

Misty Lilac appears to be a fancy name for pink judging from leaked images you can see above. This shade was too mentioned several timesso it will probably be offered at launch.
It appears to be a very light pink that’s even paler and more subtle than the rose gold hue that the Samsung Galaxy S22 comes in. So this is also a shade in which the current models are not available.
Botanical Green

We’ve also heard several mentions of a shade of green, with one source claiming this is called Botanic Green, and shared images of what it might look like.
This is a little more interesting and unusual than the previous two options, but it can also prove less popular. It looks vaguely similar to the green Galaxy S22 hue but a bit lighter and paler.
phantom black
Phantom Black is a classic Samsung shade that we’ve seen before. It’s also all black, which is one of the most popular and common smartphone finishes in general.
Of course, there’s more than one type of black, and this one appears to be a fairly muted, faded black judging from the leaked images.
It’s another color that we’ve heard about before, so in conjunction with the popular choice we’d expect.
Light Gold / Rose Gold
The four colors above currently appear to be the shades we’re most likely to see, but at least one source has this also mentioned that there might be a Light Gold or Pink Gold option.
Now the top is a pink color so they could be referring to that, but leaked images don’t suggest there’s any gold on this one so it could be something else. However, we wouldn’t expect to see it as it hasn’t been widely mentioned.
White
White isn’t a color we mentioned by name for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, it’s a leak showed dummy units of the three phones in a white shade different from the cotton flower color above.
So we can’t rule this color out, but we’re also a lot less confident we’ll see it compared to other rumored shades.
Other possible shades
While the colors above are all specific shades we’ve heard of, a source said so there could be additional shades available exclusively in Samsung stores.
That would not be unusual for the company So it’s believable, and this is where we might see some variation in color options for each model, with maybe some Galaxy S23 Ultra hues that the other two phones don’t come in, and vice versa.
It’s unclear what shades these might be – unless they’re the less-rumoured Light Gold or White options above – but there are plenty of possibilities. The Samsung Galaxy S22 series comes in all sorts of colors that Samsung can choose from. including sky blue, burgundy, red, violet and other options.
Of course, the company also chooses something from an older model or new shades that it hasn’t offered before.
