The route of King Charles III. across London ran from Buckingham Palace down the Mall to Trafalgar Square and then down Whitehall, past the Palace of Westminster and Big Ben before ending at Westminster Abbey for the coronation ceremony.
King Charles’ journey is significantly shorter than that of Queen Elizabeth II during her coronation in 1953.
